Exacaster's Genesis team is looking for a Team Lead - AI Delivery & Products to join our team.
We're looking for someone who thinks like a business analyst, plans like a project manager, and owns AI solutions like a founder. You'll run point on several smaller, fast-moving AI/ML solutions and pilots in parallel - each for a different client and business problem - the kind where one person needs to understand the client's business problem, shape what gets built, keep delivery on track, and lead the people doing the building, without waiting for someone else to hand them a fully-formed spec. We're looking for a builder's mentality: someone who spots what should happen next before being asked, and treats "good enough for a pilot" as a starting point, not an excuse.
Run discovery directly with clients - workshops, interviews, data digging - to define the real business problem before jumping to solutions
Own the backlog for each of your AI solutions end-to-end: write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize ruthlessly, and make the scope/timeline/quality trade-offs yourself
Lead a small cross-functional team (AI engineers that owns project delivery end-to end) day-to-day - set direction, unblock work, keep momentum without heavy process overhead
Run delivery like a PM when an AI solution needs it: track progress, manage risk, report status - but only as much process as it actually needs
Act as the single point of contact for the client - translate their business language into what the team builds, and translate delivery reality back to them, honestly
Use data and client feedback to challenge your own assumptions and pivot direction on any of your AI solutions when needed
Proactively surface ideas and improvements the client hasn't asked for yet - this role exists to keep us a step ahead, not just to execute a backlog
6+ years combining business analysis, product ownership, and delivery/project management - ideally in one role, not three separate ones
Experience owning AI solutions/products (not projects only) end-to-end, ideally more than one at a time
Strong analytical thinking - comfortable digging into data and ambiguous client problems to find what actually matters
Genuine product instinct: you can tell the difference between what a client asks for and what actually creates value
Experience leading or closely directing a small technical team, without relying on a separate PM/PO/BA to do it for you
Excellent client-facing communication - fluent in both business and technical conversations
Experience with AI, ML, or Data Science products and consulting
A proactive, low-ego, get-it-done approach - comfortable with a small team, light process, and high ownership
Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
Background in an actual startup or a small, fast-moving product team
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar - used lightly, not as a substitute for judgment
CSPO, PMP, or similar certification (a bonus, not a requirement - we care more about what you've shipped)
Monthly salary for this position from 5300 EUR to 7500 EUR gross for a full time role
